Business Identity & Licensing
Summit Harbor Group LLC is an independent insurance consultancy doing business as Temerity Insurance Agency. We are licensed to transact insurance business in Colorado, Florida, and Texas.
We are not an insurance carrier and do not underwrite, issue, or pay claims on insurance policies. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a registered investment adviser.
Licensing status may be independently verified with the insurance regulator of the applicable state. We do not solicit or transact insurance business in states where we are not licensed.
Scope of Services
We provide independent insurance consultancy and business-owner risk planning services, including review of key person exposure, buy-sell funding, business continuity, and related insurance needs.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of insurance, a binder, or a promise of coverage. No coverage is in force unless and until an application is submitted to a carrier, accepted and issued by that carrier, and any required premium is paid. Coverage is governed solely by the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the policy actually issued.

Carrier & Product Availability
As an independent agency, we may present products from more than one insurance carrier. We do not represent every carrier or every product available in any market, and the products we can offer vary by state, by carrier appointment, and over time. Carriers determine eligibility, underwriting outcomes, and pricing.
Where we are compensated, that compensation is typically paid by the issuing carrier in the form of commission. Compensation arrangements may differ between carriers and products.
Communications & Consent

We use separate consents for different message types. Consent for transactional messages related to an appointment you book, such as confirmations and reminders, is distinct from consent for marketing or promotional messages, which is always optional.
